Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping across Canada and the USA.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. For the USA, items are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. All orders include online tracking and delivery confirmation. Please allow 5-12 business days for your item to arrive. If you require faster shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you with a more accurate delivery time, and/or additional shipping options.
International: Orders are shipped via Canada Post, with online tracking and delivery confirmation. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery to major urban centres. Note that Nayme cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs procedures in the recipient's country.
Rates: UK and Ireland: $15 CDN. Sweden: $35 CDN. Rest of the World: $45 CDN.

Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, but may be subject to your country’s taxes, customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that ALL transactions are run securely through PayPal. Prices are listed and charged in CAD or US dollars. Any exchange rate, where applicable, is determined by the credit card’s bank of issue.
Canadian customers will pay HST or GST according to their provincial rate. US and international orders are not subject to Canadian taxes, but may be subject to their country’s taxes, customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, unworn, in its original packaging, for a full refund. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Please note that Nayme is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
All accurately returned products will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.
For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
