What if the name I’m looking for isn’t listed?

Many names trace back to the same Latin, Hebrew, Greek or other origin, so we may already have the pendant for your name meaning. If you can't find the name you’re looking for, you can submit a request here. We will let you know if we have your pendant and if not, we will try to include it in our next collection and will let you know if, and when, it becomes available.  

What if the name I’m looking for is listed, but the spelling is different?

No problem! Each Nayme Necklace can be specially packaged with your individual spelling. Just select the “Custom” option from the drop-down menu during the order process and let us know at checkout the spelling you would like us to use.

Where do you find the meanings?  I've looked on the web and found a different meaning for my name!

Nayme Inc. has used many different books and websites to trace each name's origin and meaning.  While we strive for accuracy, these sources do not always present the same etymology for every given name.  In fact, some origins and meanings are widely disputed, and some names are attributed several different meanings. Many names also trace back to a "root" and therefore have the same meaning.

What if I just want to buy a Nayme Necklace, without it referring to any name?

That’s simple. At checkout just leave us a note and we’ll ship the necklace in the same beautiful black ribboned box, without detailing any name association.

Our necklaces are designed and manufactured in Canada.

What is Nayme jewelry made of?

Nayme jewelry is made of high quality, tarnish resistant .925 sterling silver.

How do I store and care for my Nayme jewelry?

To reduce tarnish and keep your pieces tarnish free, we recommend that you store your sterling silver jewelry in an air-tight protective bag made of tarnish proof cloth or a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene.  (Take care as some plastic contains sulfur compounds which can cause your jewelry to tarnish faster or stain.  Never use polyvinyl plastic bags.) Clean your sterling silver jewelry with a soft 100% cotton (nub free) cloth, flannel cloth or a special sterling silver cleaning cloth.  Silver is a soft metal and can scratch if you aren't careful, so don't rub too hard.  If it needs more cleaning, you can use a small amount of mild liquid detergent to a half cup of warm water and then rinse thoroughly with clean fresh water. Dry it completely before storing it.  

How is Nayme jewelry shipped and how long before I receive my order?

All orders come beautifully wrapped in a black ribboned gift box, and protectively packaged in either a cardboard mailer or bubble wrap envelope.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. All US orders are shipped via USPS or Canada Post. All orders include online tracking and delivery confirmation. Please allow 5-12 business days for your item to arrive.

International:  All orders are shipped via Canada Post with online tracking and delivery confirmation.  Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery to major urban centres. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to customs procedures in the purchaser's country.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping across Canada and the USA.
UK and Ireland: $15 CDN.
Sweden: $35 CDN
Rest of the World: $45 CDN.

Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, but may be subject to your country’s taxes, customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Do you offer international shipping?

What methods of payment do you accept, and what currency?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  Please note that ALL transactions are run securely through PayPal. All prices are listed and charged in Canadian or US dollars. Any exchange rate, where applicable, is determined by the credit card’s bank of issue.

How do I know if my order will be taxed?

Canadian customers will be charged HST or GST according to their provincial rate. US and international orders are not subject to Canadian taxes, but may be subject to your country’s taxes, customs fees and/or import duties. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Will I receive a confirmation once I place my order?

Yes!  You will receive an order confirmation via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling). Once the item has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number in order for you to track the package online.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.  Simply email us at info@naymeinc.com.  If the item has shipped, you will need to await delivery and then follow our return policy.

What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, unworn, in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Please note that Nayme is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

All accurately returned products will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
